THE STRUCTURE OF THE MACHINE
Welded steel plates ( wall board, working table, cutting beam tempered twice and stress relieved ). The stress of the welded parts have been eliminated by vibration.
The machine enjoys high accuracy and high strength and good rigidity.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY AND PROCEDURES
A) This machine belongs to second generation of hydraulic shear, with advanced integrated hydraulic system with an excellent reliability and easy for maintenance.
B) Cyliner in series fix the cutting angle when the machine working;
C) The rolling guide with 3-point support and improves the shearing quality.
D) The power storage device returns steadily and quickly.
E) Upper and bottom blades are all have 4 cutting edges, which can be turned around to use. So the using life of blade would be much extended.
F) Rapidly, accurately and conveniently adjusting the blade clearance with the handwheel.
G) As the cutting beam has been designed in inner-inclined structure, it is easy for plates to fall down and the accuracy of products can also be guaranteed. Shearing in sections (adjust the time displayed on liquid crystal).
H) Counter for the motorized back gauge, very accurate and convenient.
I) Rolling plate-support of the machine, this can reduce the hurt of the plates and reduce the conflict force.
